In doing so, I follow the relational coaching approach combined with elements of Gestalt Therapy and Transactional Analysis and focus on the joint conversation in the here and now. Because the most important factor for successful coaching is the quality of the relationship between coach and coachee. Having started my career in the financial sector as a banker and in strategic controlling I continued my career in public funding at the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research in the areas of scientific careers and cultural education. Furthermore, I worked in Human Recourses with a focus on recruitment and development. I set up my coaching business in 2020.
